Recipes From "The Grove"
Ingredients:
Best together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy Add salt, brown sugar , flour and baking powder, mix well. Add extracts, applesauce and one egg. Add remaining eggs, one at a time, and beat until light and fluffy. Spoon batter into cupcake pans, filling 2/3 full and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
