Grilled Caesar Lite Chicken Salad 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Caesar Lite Dressing to marinade chicken
  • 1 head fresh romaine lettuce, cleaned and dry
  • 2 raw zucchini, cut lengthwise
  • 1 cup garlic croutons
  • 1/4 cup freshly greated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Marinade chicken in ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes (for deeper flavor marinade overnight).

Grill or broil chicken while basting with Lite Caesar.

Grill or broil zucchini slices.

Arrange romaine lettuce on large platter or individual plates.

Place chicken and zucchini slices on lettuce.

Top with croutons and parmesan cheese.

Drizzle with Caesar Lite Dressing. Add freshly cracked pepper.
