Maple Cream Pie 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup  heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8" baked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Mix maple syrup with the cream. Cook on high heat, stirring until it boils. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix the cornstarch and water together. Pour it slowly into the boiling maple syrup and cream until it is thick about 5-10 minutes.

Let it cool down and then pour into a baked pie shell.
