Maple Creme Brulee 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Heat cream and vanilla extract. Do not scald. Whisk Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup and egg yolks until light and frothy. Add above mixture to remaining cream and whisk.

Pour into oven proof baking cups and bake in water bath at 325F until set (approx. 1 hour). Remove cups from water bath and cool slightly.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For caramelized glaze, sprinkle a light layer of confectioners sugar over the surface.

Broil 2-4 minutes until the sugar caramelizes. Serve immediately.
