Quick Gluten Free Pizza Crust 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 1/3 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 12 pizza pan with cooking spray.

Pour Baking Mix into a bowl. Add water, basil, oil and eggs. Stir until well combined. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove and add toppings of your choice. Place back in oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
